The flannel used to make these pants is among the last fabric woven in Canada before the mills closed. It has a good weight but the nap is inconsistent. This flaw is barely noticeable and doesn’t affect the comfort or longevity. The pants are napped on both sides, sewn to our usual high standards and are comfortable to wear but are labelled as “seconds” because the fabric is not our best.

Sizing
Please know that measurements can vary from garment to garment. This happens for a variety of reasons such as different sewers, different shrinkage etc. Our example below should provide a good approximation for your garment.
Hints for using this size chart. Instead of measuring yourself, it is easier to compare these measurements to a pair of lounge pants you find comfy. Lay your pants flat as shown in the pictures below. The flat waist, hip and thigh measurements will be approximately one half ( because you are measuring flat, not round) the values shown in our chart.
