Determining what size will fit is harder to do when shopping on-line than in person. To make it easier please see the charts below.
Please know that measurements can vary from garment to garment. This happens for a variety of reasons such as different sewers, different shrinkage etc.
Instead of measuring yourself, it is easier to compare these measurements to a gown you find comfy. Lay your gown flat . The flat measurements of openings and circumferences will be one half the circumference because you are measuring flat, not round. The bicep opening is measured 5 cm (2") from the under arm seam.
