Return Policy
Our policy is that all sales are 'flannel' but, exchanges are welcome. All regularly priced items can be exchanged. Custom-made, 'seconds' and sale items cannot be exchanged. You can swap your pajamas any time as long as they are unwashed and in their original condition. If you are exchanging your item for a differently priced item you will be charged or given store credit accordingly.

Send your parcel to Nights in White Flannel, P.O. Box 494, Durham, ON N0G 1R0. Include your telephone number or e-mail address and a note explaining what you would like instead. We cannot be responsible for the return postage or courier charges, but we will ship the new item to you free of charge. If you have lost the receipt or received the item as a gift, don't worry...we will still exchange the item.
